HOW TO USE
If not already done, when first using the smoker, make sure you open the barrel and take our the small grate from the bottom, simply fold the 3 legs downwards and replace in to the smoker.
Place cardboard and paper in to the smoker and light, puff the smoker using the bellows until a good stream of smoke is evident then add small pieces of wood.
Lighting a smoker is not always as easy as it sounds as there is a tendency to overload the smoker resulting in the fire being extinguished. We find the best way is to light a small piece of paper first and drop it into the smoker, then add shredded cardboard and adding a couple of dry/seasoned pine cones on top does the trick nicely. Simply puff the smoker using the bellows to add oxygen until you have a steady stream of smoke coming out of the spout.
