Welcome to Direct Bees website. Here you will find our terms and conditions (T&C), which apply when using our website and accessing all of its functions. By using and placing an order on our website you agree to be bound by the T&C’s set out below.

Direct Bees reserves the right to change any of the information, prices, stock or details contained within the website at any time without prior notification to its visitors or users.
Before placing an order please feel free to contact us if you have any questions relating to these T&C’s by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us on the above number between the hours of 0900-1700 Monday to Friday, if we are not available, please leave us a message and we’ll call you back!
To help our customers, Direct Bees may include third party links on it’s website, by clicking on these you are accepting the T&C’s (please also note their Privacy and Cookie policies) of the site you are entering and Direct Bees holds no responsibility for any information, transactions, website content, information sharing or any other element this 3rd party website may impose.
By using our website you agree to comply to all conditions which must be strictly adhered to.
All prices on our website are in (£) sterling and include VAT. On occasions prices to our products may change and may be updated on our website at any time. You order will need to be paid in full using one of our approved payment methods which includes all major credit cards (through World Pay) and Paypal, before any products are posted to you.
POSTAGE & DELIVERY
All orders placed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be posted within 24hrs of full payment being received, this excludes bank holidays whereby the next available opening date of the postal service will be used. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be posted on Monday, providing there is no bank holiday, in such circumstances the next available opening date of the postal system will be utilised.
Direct Bees standard postage and package charges apply at all times. We use trusted companies to send out our products, but on rare occasions they may experience problems, Direct Bees can not be held responsible for these third parties service providers if the item fails to meet the specified shipping times. Direct Bees uses Royal Mail second class service for all orders that weigh less than 2kg and could take from 3 to 5 days for your item to arrive. For all orders above 2kg, an alternative service may be used, for example courier. Direct Bees’ preferred courier is Hermes.
Please note there may be additional charges to our standard postage charges to certain postcodes these may include areas in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isles of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. If additional charges are applicable, you will be notified by Direct Bees where you will have the option to pay the additional postal charges or cancel your order.
All orders placed outside of the UK will have the following conditions:
Europe/EU = Please allow 10 to 15 working day for the item to arrive. Additional postage charges will apply.
Rest of the world = Please allow 15 to 35 working days for the item to arrive. Additional postage charges will apply.
Free shipping = This applies to all orders over £80 and applies to UK mainland only. This is subject to change and can be revoked by Direct Bess at any time without prior notice.
COLLECT FROM STORE
If you live nearby, order from the comfort of your home and pick up your items without paying any postage. Choose ‘Collect from Store’ as your shipping method. We will email you when your order is ready to collect in order to agree a mutually suitable time for collection.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, In the rare event you need to cancel or return the item/s you may cancel your order (or a part of it) at any time, all items must be returned to Direct Bees unused and within 7 days. The returned item/s must be received in their original condition, whereby a replacement order will be sent out to you or a full refund provided. In the event the item is being returned as the customer no longer wants the item, the same conditions above apply but the return postage costs are met by the sender/customer.
In the unlikely event we list a product at the wrong price, Direct Bees reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order placed. However, in such circumstances you will be contacted advising you of this whereby you will have the option to continue with the order at the amended price or receive a full refund.TYPING
